In this paper was detected correlation between seedborn rate and virus content and former with total phenol content in soybean at different growing stage. Indirect ELISA and Folin-Deni's methods were used to test virus and phenol content respectively. Tested cultivars, wich their seedbornrete from high to low, were "1138-2", "82-14" and "82-16". The sap of SMV-S-2 with same concentration was inoculated on two leaves are by artificial inoculation. The results indicated is positive correlatin with virus content. All flower organ of these cultivars fully infected by virus. But seedborn rate of cv.1138-2, 82-14 and 82-16 was 9.4%, 3.4% and 0% respectively. Total phenol content of cultivars increased in variou growing stage, but 82-16 was higher than 1138-2. The phenol content of soybean plumula was negative correlation with seedborn rate. It is possible that phenol content in seeds may be used to screening the low seedborn cultivars. |
