San Francisco: AMIAc2009 cNão paginado. aAMIA 2009. aThis paper proposes a method for tuberculosis characterization, studied as a discrete two-dimensional cellular automata model through a set of rules built into a simulator. This alternative model allows simulating contact degrees between immediate neighbors. The mathematical system used in the proposed program is based on the compartmental model SEIRS.
