In addition, plant regeneration was obtained from a diversity of Passiflora germoplasm. For shoot morphogenesis either cotyledonary, hypocoyledonary or leaf tissuewere used to obtain cultures that formed shoots when plced on Murashige & Skoog basal medium containing 6-benzylaminopurine and coconut water.
