More recently, it has been reported from most countries of western and central Tropical Africa (Dade, 1930); Deighton, 1932; Defrenoy & Hedin, 1929; Mckkinney, 1929; Pascalet, 1932; Staner, 1931), from Madagascar (Bouriquet, 1932; Francois, 1937), and from Java (Muller, 1931).
