Ethyl 4-(methylthio)-n-tolyl isopropylphosphoramidate (BAY68138), O,O-diethyl O-(p-(methylsulfinyl) phenyl) phosphorothioate (BAY 25141), O-ethyl S,S-dipropylphosphorodithioate(V-C 9-104), and O,O-diethyl O-2-pyrazinyl phosphorothioate (cynem) controlled the burrowing nematode in 2- and 3-year-old citrus seedlings treated in the greenhouse and nursery. BAY 68138 also controlled the citrus nematode, and when applied as foliar dips BAY 68138 protected seedlings exposed to the burrowing nematode. No phytotoxicity was observed with bare-root dips, but leaf necrosis was noted after foliar dips. aCitrus jambhiri aLaranja aCasa de vegetacao aCitros aCitrus anrantium aJylenchulus semipenetrans aRodopholus similis1 aTOMERLIN, A.
