The samples were collected in eight of the cities that make up this microregion: Juazeiro, Sento Sé, Sobradinho, Pilão Arcado, Campo Alegre de Lourdes, Remanso, Casa Nova and Curaça. A positive reaction to AGID was evidenced in 0,34% of the sheep sampled.
