S. van aEffect of three irrigation frequencies applied by drip irrigation over table grapes (Vitis vinifera L. cv. Thompson seedless) located in the Aconcagua Valley (Chile).h[electronic resource] c2004 aThc cffeet of three irrigation frcqucncies on tablc grapc ev. Thompson Seedless, was evaluatcd on a clay loam soíl, Dríp irrigation frcquencics were cstablishcd aecording to daily crop evapotranspiration ( Ete), cstimatcd by water pan evaporation and a erop eoefficient (ke) Thc treatments were as follows : irrigation when the aceumulatcd daily Ete where equívalent to 6 hours of irrigation (T6), 12 hours of irrigation (T12), and 18 hours of irrigation (TI8). Thc total amount ofwater for the season was the same for ali trcatments. The largcst wcttcd volume size was obtained with T18. This treatmcnt also produccd a higher bcrry weight and size, Stcm water potcntial was ais o measured, being higher in treatment T18. These results ean be explaincd due to soil tcxture (clay loam) which produeed a better water/air balance with a less frequent irrigation regime. aChile aÁgua aCrescimento aIrrigação aRaiz aViticultura aGotejamento aTamanho da baga aUva de mesa1 aFERREYRA E.
