Os animais dos tratamentos T1, T2 e T3 obtiveram ganhos médios diários de 118,12 g/dia, 119,40 g/dia e 120 g/dia respectivamente, não havendo diferença significativa (P&lt0,05) entre os diferentes tratamentos. Houve diferença significativa entre os sexos, com os machos apresentando melhores ganhos de peso do que as fêmeas. Os resultados encontrados sugerem a possibilidade de utilização da FA como fonte alternativa para a suplementação animal de cabritos mestiços de raças leiteiras.  Twenty four crossed Kids (12 males and 12 females) with 90 days of age and medium weight of 14,90 kg were used to determine the weight gain in feedlot receiving Flour of algae (FA). They stayed confined in collective stalls by 90 days, being fed with different levels of flour of algae (FA) described to proceed: T1: 0 g of FA/kg PV0,75, T2: 0,5 g of FA /kg PV0,75 and T3: 1,0 g of FA / kg PV0,75. The animals of the treatments T1, T2 and T3 obtained dairy gain weight of 118,12 g/day , 119,40 g/day and 120 g/day respectively, not having significant differences (P&lt0,05) among the several treatments. There were significant differences between males and females, with the males presenting better development ponderal than the females.
