A análise de regressão ajustou equações lineares para todas as características avaliadas, promovendo, a cada semana, incrementos de 0,0723 mL no volume, 0,3519 no movimento de massa, 8,067% na motilidade, 0,4934 na concentração e de 0,3749 no total de espermatozóides. Os coeficientes de determinação foram baixos (0,16 a 0,46) podendo ser reflexo da alta variação entre os dados como indica os coeficientes de variação (39,5 a 77,6%). Os animais apresentaram à sexta semana pós-puberal (aproximadamente, 240 dias de idade) características seminais de reprodutores sexualmente maduros.   The present experiment was carried out to study the spermatic evolution in Boer goats. Semen samples were harvested from the first to sixth post-puberty week, which was determined by the complete penian debridment. At that time animals weighed aproximately 20 kg (200 days). Regression analysis were used to ajust the linear equations of all the characteristics evaluated. Weakly increments of 0,0723 mL in volume; 0,3519 in mass movement; 8,067% in motility; 0,4934 in concentration and 0,3749 in total spermatozoa were observed. Determination coefficients obtained were low (0,16 to 0,25), which can be explained by the high variation among data (39,5 to 77,6%).
