A synchronic increase and decrease of IgG-1 serum levels and indiredt fluorescent antibody titres were observed during the course of the infection. Antibody activies were demonstrated inthe IgG-1, but not in IgG-2 isolates. The antibody activity was partly sensitive to reduction with mercaptoethanol. aChromatography aFascioliasis aImmunoglobulin G aImmunology aIon exchange aParasitology aSheep diseases aFascíola Hepática aImunologia aOvino aParasitologia aTrematodeos1 aJOVANOVIC, B.1 aAALUND, O.1 aNANSEN, P. tResearch in Veterinary Sciencegv. 18, n. 2, p. 171-174, Mar. 1975.
