Utilizando o teste de imunodifusao em gel de agar, anticorpos contra a gp51 do BLV no soro sanguineo foram evidenciados em apenas um bufalo, que soroconverteu na 24a. semana pos-inoculacao, enquanto que os dois ovinos soroconverteram na 4a. semana pos-inoculacao. Nao foram observados alteracoes hematologicas como linfocitose persistente e nao foi constatado aumento dos ganglios linfaticos superficiais durante o periodo de observacao de 52 semanas, em todos os animais.  [Some aspects of experimental infection of Bovine Enzootic Leukosis Virus (BLV) in buffaloes (Bubalus bubalis ) and sheep (Ovis aries)]. Abstract: Some aspects of experimental infection by the Bovine Enzootic Leukosis Virus (BLV) were studied in 2 buffaloes and 2 ovines. Antibodies against gp51 of BLV in the blood were evidenced by the Agar Gel Immunodifusion Agar test (AGID). One of the buffaloes seroconverted at the 24th week following the inoculation, while the 2 ovines seroconverted at the 4th week post inoculation. No haematological alterations like persistent lymphocytosis and no enlargement of the superficial lymphonodes were found during the observation period of 52 weeks, in all the animals.  aBovino  aOvino  aInfecao experimental  aLeucoce enzootica bovina1 aSAMARA, S.
