Changes in debt structure are automatically included in the projection of cash requirements for interest and principal repayment. The program summarizes assets, liabilities, income, expenses for twenty-four categories, calculates balance sheet rations and summarizes annual income and expenses by cow, hundred pounds of milk and percent of total income. The current portion of intermediate and long term liabilities is calculated. This spreadsheet template was developed on AS-EASY-AS, Version 3.01 but will operate satisfactorily on many different spreadsheet programs.
