M. G. aChemical composition of soybean seeds from different production areas of Brazil.h[electronic resource] c1992 aThe proximate composition, mineral content, and amino acids profile of the 14 soybean genotypes: `Bragg', `BR-4', `BR-13', `BR-16', `Ceu Azul', `Criatlina', `Davis', `Doko', `IAS-5', `OCEPAR-4', `Parana', f 83-8017, `Kanrich' and `Late Giant', grown in different areas of Brazil, were studied. `Cristalina' contained more protein but less oil `OCEPAR-4' and `BR-4' had the best amino acid profiles. The mineral composition was uniform in almost all genotypes except for `Kanrich' and `Late Giant' (vegetable types) which presented the highest values for phosphorus and potassium. aBrazil achemical composition aAminoácido aComposição Química aSemente aSoja aAmino acid patern aBrasil aCultivar aSeed aSoybean cultivars1 aCARRÃO-PANIZZI, M.
