Foram utilizados 23 ovinos machos. A tolerância dos animais ao calor foi avaliada por meio do teste de Baccari Junior. Não houve efeito significativo entre os tratamentos com diferentes níveis de ionóforo para o teste de adaptabilidade. A análise do índice de adaptabilidade mostrou que os animais são adaptados ao ambiente. [Application Test of Baccari Junior in the Evaluation of Heat Tolerance of Crossbred Sheep ½ Dorper + ½ Santa Inês Supplemented with Different Ionophore Levels in the Semiarid Region of Paraíba]. Abstract: Aimed to evaluate the rate of heat tolerance of crossbred sheep ½ Dorper + ½ Santa Inês supplemented with different levels of ionophore. 23 male sheep were used. The tolerance to heat of the animals was evaluated by means of Baccari Junior test. There was no significant effect between treatments with different levels of ionophore to the adaptability test.
