Orientador: Alberto Dias de Souza.  aResumo: O trabalho apresenta um estudo exploratório, com referencial bibliográfico, sobre a Medida Provisória 905/2019, que institui a carteira verde e amarela. Justifica-se pela necessidade de compreender a intenção do Estado junto aos indivíduos trabalhadores. Objetivou-se apreender os aspectos da precarização das relações trabalhista, no âmbito da Medida Provisória e foram exploradas as teorias de Karl Marx, sobre o estranhamento, a exploração e a expropriação do homem em relação ao trabalho, a perspectiva da escravidão moderna e do sentimento de pertencimento entre a força de trabalho, o produto gerado e a valia. Também destaca-se Zygmundo Bauman, com sua modernidade fluída, no qual apresenta o derretimento das relações sociais e a flexibilização das interações trabalhistas, assim como evidencia-se Jessé Souza, com a teoria bourdiana da distinção social e a compreensão do ser cidadão e subcidadão, diante do cenário atual da sociedade brasileira, que desemboca na ralé nacional, percebida, neste estudo, como recorte de pesquisa da Medida Provisória 905/2019, como sendo alvo de incidência da eficácia da MP. Abstracts: The study presents an exploratory method, with bibliographical reference, on Executive Action no 905/2019, or, as called in Brazil, ?Medida Provisória?, which institutes the green and yellow labour contract. It is justified by the need to understand the intention of the State with working individuals. The objective was to apprehend the precarious aspects of labor relations, within the scope of the Executive Action, and Karl Marx's theories were explored on the strangeness, exploitation and expropriation of man in relation to labor, the perspective of modern slavery and feeling of belonging between the workforce, the product generated and the value. Zygmundo Bauman also stands out, with his fluid modernity, in which he presents the melting of social relations and the flexibility of labor interactions, as evidenced by Jessé Souza, with the Bourdian theory of social distinction and the understanding of being a citizen and a subcitizen, in view of the current scenario of Brazilian society, which ends in the national rabble, perceived, in this study, as a research clipping of Provisional Measure 905/2019, as being the target of incidence of PM effectiveness.  aDireito do Trabalho  aBrasil  aEmployement  aLabor relationship  aPrecariousness  aPrecarização  aRelação trabalhista
