Maceió: Sociedade Nordestina de Produção Animal, 2012. 3 f.c2012  aResumo: Objetivou-se neste estudo avaliar os componentes não-carcaça de cabritos leiteiros da raça Saanen desaleitados em diferentes idades e abatidos aos 100 dias criados em regime intensivo. O experimento foi realizado na Fazenda Experimental Vale do Acarau- FAEX durante o período chuvoso. Ao nascerem os animais permaneceram com suas respectivas mães para mamarem o colostro até o quinto dia. Após, foi adotado o aleitamento artificial com leite bovino e caprino fornecidos em diferentes proporções. Todos os cabritos tiveram acesso a um concentrado limitado em 150g/cabeça/dia e feno de Tifton 85 (Cynodon spp.) à vontade em quantidades conhecidas a partir da penúltima semana, que antecedeu ao desmame fornecidos no cocho e água ad libitum. Ao atingirem em média 12 kg de peso vivo aos 100 dias de idade foram abatidos. Após a evisceração pesou-se sangue, pulmão, fígado, coração, rins, cabeça, patas e trato gastrointestinal. A idade ao desmame não influenciou nenhuma das variáveis avaliadas (P&gt0,05). Os cabritos da raça Saanen podem ser desmamados em idade precoce e abatidos aos 100 dias idade sem alteração para os constituintes não-carcaça.  [Evaluation of non-carcass components of dairy goat kids]. Abstract: The aimed to of this study was to evaluate the non-carcass's components of Saanen dairy goats weaned at different ages and slaughtered at 100 days bred intensively. The work was conducted at the Fazenda Experimental of the Universidade Estadual Vale do Acaraú - FAEX / UVA in Sobral, Ceará, during the rainy season. At birth, the animals remained with their mothers for suckling colostrum until the fifth day. After this, was adopted the artificial feeding with bovine and goat milk supplied in different proportions. All the kids had access to a concentrate limited 150g/animal/dia and Tifton 85 hay (Cynodon spp.) at will, in known quantities, from the penultimate week before the weaning provided in the troughs and water ad libitum. The animals was slaughtered when complete, in averages, 12 kg live weight in the 100 days of age. The averages of the weight of lung, heart, liver, gastrointestinal and kidneys was not different when weaned at 60 and 70 days, as well as, the weights of blood, head and feet. Also, did not differ (P&gt0.05) between the different age. The goat kids of breed Saanen can be weaning in younger age and slaughtered to 100 days of age without alteration for non-carcass's constituent.
