Brasília, DF: SBZ; Lavras: UFLA, 2008. 1 CD-ROM.c2008  aResumo: O objetivo deste experimento foi avaliar a influência de quatro níveis de feno de juazeiro em dietas de ovinos sobre a digestibilidade aparente da matéria seca (MS), matéria orgânica (MO), proteína bruta (PB), extrato etéreo (EE), fibra em detergente neutro (FDN), fibra em detergente ácido (FDA), carboidratos estruturais (CHE) e carboidratos totais (CHT). Os animais foram alocados em gaiolas de metabolismo, distribuídos em delineamento em blocos casualizados com quatro repetições. Os níveis de inclusão do feno de juazeiro foram de 0, 33, 66 e 100% em substituição ao feno de Tifton 85. Houve uma redução quadrática nos coeficientes de digestibilidade aparente da MS, MO, FDN e CHE. Os valores dos coeficientes de digestibilidade da PB, EE, FDA e CHT não foram influenciados com o aumento dos níveis de feno de juazeiro nas dietas. O feno de juazeiro apresenta restrições em seu uso como volumoso exclusivo em dietas de ovinos da raça Morada Nova, pois reduz a digestibilidade da MS, MO, MM, FDN e CHE, o que pode prejudicar o desempenho produtivo do animal. [Evaluation of different levels of juazeiro hay in rations of sheep: 2- Nutrients digestibility]. Abstract: The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the influence of four levels of juazeiro hay in diets of sheep on the apparent digestibility of the dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM), crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), structural carbohydrates (SCH) and total carbohydrates (TCH). The animals had been placed in river metabolism steamers, distributed in outlining in blocks entirely casualized with four repetitions. The levels of inclusion of the juazeiro hay had been of 0, 33, 66 and 100% in substitution to the Tifton 85 hay. It had a quadratic reduction in the coefficients of apparent digestibility of the DM, OM, NDF and SCH. The values of the coefficients of apparent digestibility of the CP, EE, ADF and TCH had not been influenced with the increase of the levels of juazeiro hay in the diets.
