Abstract A009. Edição dos Proceedings of the 32nd Annual Meeting of the Brazilian Embryo Technology Society (SBTE); Florianópolis, SC, Brazil, August 16th to 18thc2018 aThe present study tested the hypothesis that hCG and pFSH stimulate the follicular development and consequently corpora lutea, in a manner equivalent to those induced by eCG in goat. Eighty-five Toggenburg goats, during the seasonal transition period (December, 21ºS), underwent a short-duration estrus induction/synchronization protocol with a sponge impregnated with medroxyprogesterone acetate (60 mg MAP, 6 days). In conclusion, the use of hCG and pFSH in protocol of estrus induction/synchronization in goats induces equivalent luteal dynamics and conception rate, being substitutes for eCG. aAnimal reproduction aArtificial insemination aEmbryo transfer aEstrus synchronization aFollicular development aGoats aMedroxyprogesterone aPregnancy aCaprino aCiclo Estral aCorpo Lúteo aPrenhez aReprodução Animal aSincronização do Cio aTransferência de Embrião aCorpora lutea aECG aHCG aInduction1 aNOCITI, R.
