The study of alcalase immobilization contributes to biocatalysts reuse, to prevent the active sites from the self-degradation process and to facilitate the viability of industrial application of these biocatalysts reaction. In this work, glyoxil-agarosealcalase showed to be the more stable derivate promoting hydrolysates with equal antioxidantactivity even in the third reaction cycle. aadsorption aantioxidant activity aProtease aAlcalase aAplicação industrial aAtividade antioxidante aCovalent bonds aGlyoxil-agarosealcalase aHidrólise da gelatina de tilapia aMobilização de alcalase aProcessos enzimáticos aReutilização de biocatalisadores1 aSANTOS, K.
