A irrigação sob as condições de umidade dos experimentos estudados não afetou de forma significativa o rendimento de sementes. A população de 350.000 plantas por hectare foi inferior às de 250.000 e 450.000 plantas por hectare quanto ao rendimento de sementes. Conforme se aumentou o espaçamento entre fileiras, houve decréscimo no rendimento de sementes por área. ABSTRACT - The study reported herein was designed to determine the effect of irrigation in the different development stages, plant population, spacing between ros and their interaction on soybean seed yield. The irrigation did not effect significantly on seed yield under the field conditions of humidity of the plots studied. Seed yield was lower in the population of 350.000 than in the population of 250.000 and 450.000 plants per hectare.
