Thus, the implementation of effective strategies for both mitigation and adaptation to climate change for agriculture is very important for development and also to infer sustainability to the Brazilian agricultural sector. The ?low-carbon agriculture? aims to develop processes and technologies that promote mitigation of GHG emissions in agriculture and enable the adaptation of the agricultural sector to climate change.
