To test the sites of insemination, 136 goats synchronized by treatment II were inseminated twice, 38 and 48 hours after sponge withdrawal using 300 x 10 6 sperm as fresh semen. The sites of insemination were vaginal, superficial and deep cervical, and intrauterine. The differences were significant.
