I. INTROOUCTION
The production of sewage-sludge from wastewater treatment increased on the last years due the necessity to ameliorate water quality and diseases prevention. The use of this material in Agriculture has been describe how an environmentally sustainable way to dispose it however, stabilization process is necessary to avoid microbiological contamination and undesirable chemical reactions in the soil (Grigatti et al., 2004, Jiménez et al., 1989). Vegetal residues from streets do not represent a hard environmental problem however its volume is very large and a sustainable end of this material is also studied. Anaerobic process may be a good way to transform these materials in well acceptable organic composts to the soil (Zhou et al., 2000). Humification degree of organic material obtained from garden trimming and domestic wastewater sewage-sludge, was accompanied during 4 months, in laboratory (37 °C) and field conditions (+- 20 °C), by chemical and spectroscopic methods (pH, C/N ratio and ESR), and microbiological quantilication.
