The anatomy of the vesicular duct was studied in the 10 sexually mature bucks. The main excretory duct was formed by the union of intralobular and interobular ductules. After a short cudal course in the lamina propria of pelvic urethra, it joined ductus ampullae deferentis a little before opening of latter at colliculus seminalis forming a short ejaculatory duct. All the segments of duct were lined with pseudostratified nonciliated columnar epitelium except the ejaculatory one which had transitional epithelium. |
