RESUMO - Objetivando verificar a influência da estrutura gierder na taxa de digestão dos tecidos observou-se o resíduo da digestão (6,24, 48 e 72 h) das frações das lâminas de Panicum maximum cv Aruana e Vencedor. As observações ao microscópio óptico não indicaram diferenças entre as cultivares. Nos resíduos correspondentes a extrusa ao microscópio eletrônico de varredura, observou-se maior digestão dos tecidos na Aruana, as 24 e 48 horas, associada a maior acessibilidade dos microrganismos em função de apresentar menor frequência de estrutura girder. ABSTRACT - The residue of in vitro digestibility at 6, 24, 48 and 72 hours was observed in optical microscope and in the scanning electron microscope, respectively from cross-section of forage and extrusa fractions of leaf blades. The observations of residue, cross-sections, no showed difference between cultivars. The observations of digestion residue of extrusa in Aruana leaves evidenciated more access of microorganisms into tissues at 24 and 48 hours, according to smaller frequency of observations of scherenchyma girders in cross-sections. |
