This work evaluates the actual situation of the Kuhlmann Museum (located inside Rio de Janeiro Botannical Gardens), thus identifying and analizing its faults and needs. It also presents some ideas for its physical, educative and touristic reutilization, under the realities of, IBDF. Its final aim is to give museum conditions to effectively actuate as an aid to scientifical and conservationist education; by reaching this aim, the museum will be able to pledge the memory of João Geraldo Kuhlmann (brazilian botannist) and to become a dynamic institution in the society of Rio de Janeiro. |
