The present experiment was planned to studyu factors associated with differences in carcass conformation of some of the variety of lambs produced commercially in New Zealand. Conformation is being studied primarily from the point of view of the meat trade. Who are often confronted by carcasses difering widely in shape and have no means of knowing the breed and slaughter data that were available for all lambs in the present experiments. |
