Abstract: The migration of lymphocytes in vitro was inhibited by 40% by blood from sheep obtained 15 days after inoculation of an Indian strain of ovine poxvirus attenuated by cell culture, and this degree of inhibition persisted for at least three weeks. The sheep resisted challenge infection with virulent virus after 5 weeks. |
