Semen was collected weekly throughout the year from 7 Dorset Horn (DH), 4 Suffolk, 5 Muzaffarnagri, 5 DH X Muzaffarnagri, and 5 Suffolk X Muzaffarnagri rams. Data on ejaculate volume, sperm motility, sperm concentration and reaction time in the rainy, winter and summer seasons are tabulated for each genotype. For all characters, there were significant differences between genotypes and between seasons. |
