The importance of the Stakeholders Theory as an emerging concept for organizations, in relation to consumers, is presented. There is a wide interdependence between the commodity system approach (CSA), filière, alliance and network approaches in relation to the theoretical domain of stakeholders. The objective of this article is to propose a framework including the Stakeholders Theory in the interorganizational approaches of agribusiness, and contemplate both vertical and horizontal interorganizational relationships. The inclusion of stakeholders demonstrated to be much more relevant in alliances and networks than in CSA and filiére. The construction of two models for vertical and horizontal relationships involving stakeholders and interorganizational relationships is carried out. |
