This reesearch was carried out in order to obtain embryogenic callus from explants of leaves and to regenetate whole plants from somatic embryos. Senorita and CMC-76 clones were used in the trial. Effect of different 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid concentration as supplement of MS medium and enriched with 0,474mg/L of sulfate of copper (CuSO4 was studied. Four maturing media of emmbryos were tested. For regenerating plants, the efffect of a second subculture on the most effective maturing media was evaluate. |
