In the present study, freshly collected Licania rust specimens from Amazonian localities were examined morphologically, compared with the original descrip-tions of U. licaniae and Ph. tomentosae, and used for molecular phylogenetic analyses. The results of our analyses including our taxonomic conclusion are herein shown and discussed. |
