Anther from a doubled-haploid line of spring wheat (Triticum aestivum l.) ev. Pavon 76 were plated in liquid P-4 madium supplemented with 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) at four concentrations (0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0 mg/l) for 5, 10, 15, and 25 days before being transferred to another medium with the same or reduced 2,4-D concentrations for the remainder of the induction phase for a total of 45 days. |
