The productive chain of the goat and sheep meats have been object of a renewed interest in the whole Brazil and in the Northeast in particular. There is a significant increment of actions and an expressive growth of the activity in some areas of the country. Perhaps the only exception is the Rio Grande do Sul state. However, not always to rum a business larger means you rum it better or more capable of satisfying the participants of the same. The attract ness and sustainability concepts are basic for the understanding of actions to improve instead of worsening the structure of the sector. The recognition of the competitive .forces that affect the business and to avoid no sustainables alternatives contribute to the configuration of strong and competitive productive chains. Defined the global strategy of business the structure of all the links must be adjusted to her. The technological progress is one of the springs masters of the competitiveness, even so the relationship high technology - high profitability not always can be applied, a conduct exists regarding R&D that should be adjusted with the global strategy. The marketing is one of the two basic functions of a company, its actions are also subordinated to the larger strategy. The choice of a strategy, is partly, a decision of the administrator and the term should be taken by a appropriate methodology to avoid options that are not sustainable. |
