Com o objetivo de identificar as causas que contribuem para a reducao da qualidade de sementes fiscalizadas. 1.661 amostras das cultivares de soja (Glycine max (L.)Merrill), parana, Davis e Bossier produzidas em tres regioes do estado do Parana, nas safras de 1979/80, 1981/82 e 1982/83 foram avaliadas. Os parametros avaliados foram: germinacao padrao, tetrazolio (deteorioracao por umidade, danos mecanicos e danos de percevejos) e mistura varietal. Para a analise dos resultados, o estado foi dividido em tres regioes, com base na temperatura media (tm) do mes mais quente (fevereiro): regiao T1 = tm >24.C, T2 = tm entre 22 e 24.C e T3 + tm < 22.C. Os resultados revelaram que a cultivar Parana destacou-se como a de melhor qualidade fisiologica, seguida por'Bossier' e 'Davis'. A regiao T3 destacou-se como a mais favoravel para a producao de sementes das tres cultivares, com excessao da "Bossier" na safra 1982/83, em virtude da ocorrencia de chuvas nas fases de maturacao e colheita. Quanto a mistura varietal, constatou-se que a 'Parana' foi a menos contaminada, sendo que a 'Bossier', apresentou a maior proporcao de descarte, sobretudo nas safras 1979/80 e 1981/82. |
