Within a time span of one month time factor only seemed to have a minor influence on colinization. In terms of relative abundance of different animal groups great differentes were found across the shore. Close to the water Collembola dominated, while Homoptera were most abundant further up the shore. Most species ori- ginated from the terrestrial system, but about 1/10 came from the aquatic one. Diversity of invertebrate fauna generally declined towards the water, and at the same the proportion of predators increased. aPredador aColonizacao de invetebrado aDiversidade aDiversity aInvertebrate colonization aLake shore aOrla do lago aPredator tEkologia Polskagv.27, n.2, p.297-305, 1979.
