M. aComputerized system for embryos freezing protocols development. c1997 ap. 346-350. aWe developed a computerized system for mammalian embryos freezing. The design was developed in order to obtain an optimum performance. Besides, we also used a discrete control in the process which is equivalent of three mode proportional-plus-integral-plus-derivative (PID) controller for digital feedback loops. Moreover a number of dedicated and discrete algorithms were developed and the systems allows to the users the program of several different ramps, i.e., in the range of -40 degrees C to + 40 degrees C starting with 0,1 degree C/minute. The software of the system was developed in C++ language under a DOS environment. acryopreservation aCriopreservaĆ§Ć£o aAgricultural instrumentation aEmbrioes aEmbryos aInstrumentacao agropecuaria aProtocolos aProtocols aTechniques aTecnicas1 aCRUVINEL, P.
