The database contains illustrations and information on the main legume species (both cultivated and wild) which are conserved in the MAFF genebank project. Information in the database includes the research results compiled by MAFF plant genetic resources scientists together with general data such as the origin, taxonomy, morphological characteristics of each species described. Many color pictures are included in the database to show the intra-specific variation of each species.
