Five hundred and fourty four samples of G. Soja with 1.000 - 2.99 g/100 seeds, which were collected from each county of Heilongjiang Province, were planted in Harbin. The correlationship between protein/oil content and ecological environment for soybean growing was studied. The result showed that: 1. There is a negative correlation between protein and oil content in G. Soja. 2. There are negative correlations between protein and latitude (r= -0.594**), protein and elevation (r= -0.347**), oil and elevation (0.265*) in G. Soja. 3. Meteorological factors show a important effectivation toprotein and oil content of G. Soja. The most important farctors are average temperture from flower beginning to maturing (Summer Soltice to Autumnal Equinox in the Chinese SolarTerms). The stage affected protein content significantly is some late than that for oil. In some stage of growing rainfall and sunshine hours affect protein and oil content significantly. Important stage affecting content of protein is some early than it for oil. 4. According to relationship between protein/oil content and ecological environment, chemical quality distribution of G. Soja of Heilongjiang Province can be divided into four regions nad seven subregions. |
