Size-resolved measurements of atmospheric aerosol and cloud condensation nuclei (CCN) concentrations and hygroscopicity were conducted over a full seasonal cycle at the remote Amazon Tall Tower Observatory (ATTO, March 2014?February 2015). Foram estudados os rendimentos de corte comerciais em carcaça quente, em média, 209,3kg, de 23 machos bubalinos Murrah, com cerca de 32 meses de idade, engordados em pastagem cultivada de quicuio-da-amazônia (Brachiaria humidicola). As percentagens de carne, gordura e ossos da carcaça foram respectivamente, 66,7; 11,5 e 21,8%. Os rendimentos dos trens anterior e posterior foram, respectivamente, 40,2 e 59,8%. Para os cortes comerciais primários, os percentuais foram: coxão, 27,6; acém completo, 23,9; alcatra completa, 19,3; paleta completa, 16,3; e ponte de agulha, 12,9. Os rendimentos percentuais de carne com gordura dos corte comerciais secundários de carcaça foram: paleta, 10,3; pescoço, 7,3; acém, 6,8; contrafile, 6,8; chá de fora, 6,8; coxão mole, 6,4; flanco, 5,4; alcatra, 5,4; peito, 5.1; patinho, 4,9; file, 2,2; mísculo do braço, 1,9; lagarto, 1,9; e músculo de perna, 1,9. Os rendimentos de cortes comerciais em carcaça de búfalos Murrah foram, de modo geral, semelhantes aos conhecidos para bovinos Nelore e búfalos Jafarabadi e Mediterrâneo. |
