-- Abstract: Brazil is an important producer of soybeans in its world production chain. The soybean succession exploited in the crop followed by maize grown in the safrinha environment, is adopted in great part of Brazilian agriculture. Damage due to storms and harvesting problems can lead to the loss of grains, fragments of foams and spikes that remain soilless with germination viability resulting in voluntary corn exposure in the next harvest. The coexistence of volunteer plants with the succession culture can result in direct or indirect losses, citing the imposition of restrictions on mechanized harvesting, competition for growth resources and lodging of pests and pathogens. Glyphosate may be an effective alternative for the control of volunteer corn in conventional crops. However, with the advent of glyphosate tolerant maize, this alternative was not feasible, which requires the application of herbicides of other mechanisms of action or in different forms of movement. Alternatives for the management of volunteer corn RR® need greater knowledge without residues of products with residual effect, especially for the pre-emergence application of the soybean crop. The present work had as general objective the interference of corn plants in the soybean crop, and investigated the susceptibility of maize RR® hybrids to pre-emergence phyed herbicides. The results showed a reduction in the mass values of 100 grains when in coexistence with the maize plants. As infestation increased, there was progressive progression of soybean, with maximum potency of 87%, with 16 plants m-2 of volunteer corn. It was not able to show its position as volunteer corn, line and interweave plants. The hybrid DKB 390 had a reduction of 82.88% when submitted to the application of diclosulam. The herbicide clomazone was also potentially important for the control of maize plants, with the possibility that both hybrids show susceptibility. In general the herbicide diclosulam in its results of products in the reduction of the plant stand of corns for both hybrids.
