This work reports on a full process of creation and manipulation of 3D models of fruits, built form 2D Magnetic Resonace Imaging (MRI). We performed segmentation, reconstruction, visualization and interactive cuts on several data sets of mango and papaya frits, in order to validate the use of this methodology for the study of fruit disease without employing invasive procedures. |
