The development of a taste sensor was based on the global selectivity concept in which the global response of the sensor was used in the analysis and identification of samples, rather than the detection of individual chemical species present in liquid systems. We show here that self-assembled artifical membranes of poy(o-ethoxyaniline) with sulfonated lignin can be satisfactorily used in the distinction of four brands of coffee using AC measurements. |
