The present study aimed to proof the effect of the seminal collection order in ejaculation time and sexual hierarchy in males Iberian pig's from different varieties. 21 Iberian pig's males belonging to different varieties (Torbiscal (6), Manchado de Jabugo (5), Retinto (6), Lampino (2) and Entrepelado (2)) were utilised in this study. The seminal collection order was changed everyday and so as the time of ejaculation. Data were analysed by simple ANOVA with fixed effects, with time of the year and pressure over the male's penis in the ejaculation moments as sources variation. The results did not show significative difference (P>0,05) in seminal collection order on ejaculation time and sexual hierarchy in the males Iberian pigs in artificial insemination programme. |
