A cultivar de feijoeiro-comum com grão rajado, BRS FS311, tem como destaques a alta produtividade, ciclo semiprecoce, arquitetura ereta e excelente qualidade comercial, com grãos maiores e aspecto visual adequado para o padrão rajado, aliados a um bom potencial produtivo, além da resistência à antracnose e moderada resistência à murcha de Fusarium. Com base no desempenho, a cultivar BRS FS311 é indicada para semeadura nos estados de Goiás, Mato Grosso, Tocantins, Maranhão, Bahia, Espírito Santo e no Distrito Federal (Região II), nas épocas de cultivo das águas e de inverno; e Paraná, Santa Catarina, São Paulo, Mato Grosso do Sul e Rio Grande do Sul (Região I), nas épocas das águas e da seca. |

Minimally processed strawberries are perishable and susceptible to the development of pathogenic agents, making their post-harvest life limited. Thus, sanitization is a crucial step to ensure the quality of this produce. The objective was to evaluate the effect of treatment with ozone gas dissolved in water on the physicochemical properties and the incidence of pathogens in minimally processed strawberries stored under refrigeration. After minimal processing, ?Camino Real? strawberries were submitted to five different treatments: immersion in ozonated water (OW) at three different concentrations (0.2; 0.5; and 1.0 mg L-1) at 10 oC for 5 min; chlorine sanitization (Sumaveg®) in two steps, at 150 mg L-1 and 5 mg L-1, at 10 oC for 10 min. The control treatment corresponded to fruits without sanitation. After the treatments, the fruits were stored under refrigeration at 5 oC and 90% RH and evaluated for 12 days regarding postharvest quality (physical, physicochemical and biochemical), as well as the incidence of diseased fruits (%). The results showed that the sanitization of fruits with ozonized water, regardless of the concentration, favored the quality and health of strawberries during storage compared to fruits subjected to sanitization with chlorinated water and control fruits. Ozonated water treatment is an alternative to traditional sanitization with chlorine, maintaining the physicochemical quality of the minimally processed Camino Real strawberries stored under refrigeration. Morangos minimamente processados são perecíveis e susceptíveis ao desenvolvimento de agentes patogênicos, tornando sua vida pós-colheita limitada. Dessa forma, a sanitização é um passo crucial para garantir a qualidade desses produtos. Assim, objetivou-se avaliar o efeito do gás ozônio dissolvido em água nas propriedades físico-químicas e na incidência de patógenos em morango minimamente processados e armazenados sob refrigeração. Após o processamento mínimo, morangos da variedade ?Camino Real? foram submetidos a cinco tratamentos diferentes: imersão em água ozonizada (AO) em diferentes concentrações (0,2; 0,5; e 1,0 mg L-1) a 10 oC durante 5 min; sanitização clorada (Sumaveg®), em duas etapas a 150 mg L-1 e 5 mg L-1, a 10 oC durante 10 min. O tratamento controle corresponde aos frutos sem sanitização. Após os tratamentos, os frutos foram armazenados sob refrigeração a 5 oC e 90% UR e avaliados por 12 dias, quanto a qualidade pós-colheita (física, físico-química e bioquímicas, bem como a incidência de frutos doentes (%). Os resultados mostram que a sanitização dos frutos com água ozonizada, independente da concentração, favoreceu a qualidade e sanidade dos morangos, durante o armazenamento, quando comparados aos frutos submetidos a sanitização com água clorada e frutos controle.
